JetDirect is a Sentient Flight Company, a leading national provider of private aviation services catering to clients across the country. Based in Weymouth, Massachusetts, the company operates Sentient Jet Membership, JetDirect Charter, JetDirect Aircraft Management, JetDirect Aircraft Services (FBO) and JetCorp Technical Services.

Safety

The company is informed by an Independent Safety Advisory Board - unique in the industry - comprised of former top officials from the FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board. All flights are Sentient Certified - with safety standards that both meet and exceed FAA guidelines in key areas such as pilot training and experience. Sentient Flight Group subsidiary operators (JetDirect Aviation, LLC, Atlantic Aviation Flight Services, Inc., JetCorp, Presidential Jets, LLC, Regal Jets, LLC, Spirit Aviation, Inc., Summit Jet, LLC, and Sunset Aviation, Inc.) provide service for JetDirect and meet both FAA safety requirements and additional safety standards established by JetDirect and Sentient Flight Group.

Leadership

The company is led by an experienced leadership team and is privately held by an investor group that includes CD Ventures, Argosy Capital, ABS Capital Partners, Brantley Partners, HSBC and AIG.

All flights are operated by FAR Part 135 air carriers that exercise full operational control of charter flights at all times. JetDirect Aviation, LLC ("JetDirect") is an FAR Part 135 air carrier and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sentient Jet Holdings, LLC ("Sentient"). Some flights will be operated by JetDirect or by one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Sentient, each as an individual FAR Part 135 air carrier operating in full compliance with all FAA safety standards and additional safety standards established by Sentient. Some flights will be operated by other FAR Part 135 air carriers that have been certified to provide charter services arranged by JetDirect and that meet both FAA and Sentient standards.
