Safety is an integral part of our culture. It's at the core of everything we do. A non-negotiable priority and a number one responsibility of every employee, our commitment to safety is guided by an aggressive program of ongoing initiatives.

Field Operations Team

Integrated into our safety program is our Field Operations Team. This team of experts conducts on-site inspections of all the jets in our program to ensure operators pass our rigorous Sentient Certified safety standards and guidelines - standards that surpass FAA regulations.

Independent Safety Advisory Board

An unsurpassed Independent Safety Advisory Board, comprised of former FAA and National Transportation Safety Board executives provide proactive insights and recommendations to our Senior Operating Officers.

Some flights will be operated by JetDirect or by one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Sentient, each as an individual FAR Part 135 air carrier operating in full compliance with all FAA safety standards and additional safety standards established by Sentient. Some flights will be operated by other FAR Part 135 air carriers that have been certified to provide charter services arranged by JetDirect and that meet both FAA and Sentient standards.
